Experience the Best of the Öckerö Islands in One Day!

If you love fresh sea air, fascinating local history and delicious seafood, we have put together a coach tour that lets you discover the best of our beautiful islands.
Enjoy a guided tour of Hönö, Fotö, Öckerö and Hälsö, where our local guides will share stories about island life, both past and present.
PROGRAMME
10.00 Meet your guide at the ferry terminal on Hönö.
10.15 Morning coffee and traditional local bread at Hönö Heritage Centre.
11.00 Guided tour of the Heritage Centre.
11.30 Visit to Öckerö's historic church, Mariakyrkan, dating back to the 12th century.
12.00 Scenic tour of Öckerö, Hälsö and Fotö.
13.00 Guided visit to the Fishing Museum in Hönö Klåva harbour.
13:45 Lunch at Restaurant Tullhuset, overlooking Vinga Lighthouse. Enjoy a plated fish dish, served with low-alcohol beer or sparkling water, followed by coffee and cake.
14.30 Free time to explore Hönö Klåva harbour, its charming shops and welcoming atmosphere.
15.00 End of programme.

11.30 Christmas lunch at Restaurant Tullhuset in Hönö Klåva. Enjoy our traditional Swedish Christmas buffet with a seafood twist, featuring a delicious selection of hot and cold fish and seafood dishes, followed by a tempting dessert buffet. Welcome mulled wine and coffee are included. Additional drinks are charged separately.
13.45 Departure from Hönö Klåva to Gothenburg.
The price includes museum admission, guided visit and Christmas lunch. Coach transport is not included.

Christmas Lunch & Christmas Buffet for Groups
Monday–Thursday, 24 Nov – 3 Dec
At Tullhuset, we celebrate Christmas with a true taste of the sea. Our chefs bring creativity and fresh ideas to the traditional Swedish Christmas buffet, focusing entirely on fish and seafood.
You won't find any Christmas ham or meatballs here. Instead, our buffet is filled with delicious seafood specialities, complemented by a selection of vegetarian dishes and a generous dessert table.
Every year brings something new and exciting, although our lobster soup and traditional Swedish egg cheese dessert remain firm favourites – we wouldn't want to disappoint our returning guests!
Coach transport is not included.
